Hi, I’m Pamela Rodriguez. I’ve spent most of my adult life as an entrepreneur—a devoted animal mama and founder of a raw pet food company rooted in empowerment and prevention. I’ve always been a doula by nature: offering presence, softness, and support to those I love (and even those I’ve just met—Cancer sun, of course ✨).

Becoming a mother changed everything. It awakened a deep, fiery passion for the wellbeing of women, the sacred bond between mother and baby, and the power of birth. That call led me fully into doula work, where I feel truly aligned.

For much of my life, I leaned into independence as a form of strength—but through motherhood, community, and the sacred work of tending to others, I’ve healed that hyper-independence and come home to something truer: our beautiful interdependence. We are not meant to do this alone.

Along this journey, I also learned that the parteras—traditional midwives—on my maternal side had only skipped a generation or two. Their quiet wisdom stirred awake in me, becoming part of the way I show up, serve, and support.

In my everyday life, I love making the ordinary feel sacred. I nourish myself with yoga, sisterhood, long hot baths, protein-rich meals, and time with the people I love. Ceremony, connection, and care are the threads that weave through everything I do—both in my life and in this work.
